Look at the date on that article. I don't doubt Reid's involvement for a second , but it's old news. Swallow has since resigned, and while they keep threatening action/investigations, nothing will happen.

I try not to get too excited over federal indictments since I read this book: Three Felonies a Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent by Harvey Silverglate. Reid is a scumbag politician, but so are federal prosecutors.
