I'm having trouble with mine and want to find another one.

Photobucket here too.

Although I've also used Web Shots until they got greedy and started charging for the use of their service. Hunting pictures until recently.

Does your ISP give you space for a webpage? If so, most likely you can use that space for photo storage. You need an FTP (file transfer protocol) program to do that actual uploading, but your ISP might already have one in place for you to use.
By doing it this way, you have 100% control over what you put there. You can store both high and low resolution photos, sound files, WORD documents, etc.

I use Village Photos. I remember trying to use Photobucket when I first began, but something didn't work right for me. So I found Village Photos, and have been happy with them ever since (www.villagephotos.com).

Won't work. Most photohosts, webshots included, allow you to go there to look at photos, but you can't link to them to post on these forums.

I use photobucket, and they are friendly to hosting photos with remote site access (like 24-hr Campfire)...jim

Rock Chuck. I'm a complete nimrod when it comes to computer stuff, but I found the allyoucanupload.com works fine. I put this pic on there pretty easily, and it's got the easiest resizing function I've ever used.

I use www.hunt101.com I hate the fact several of our members use photobucket, it's one of those linked sites that gets blocked on my work computer and I can't see the photos while at work! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Photos use a lot of storage space and that gets expensive for sites like 24hr. So, they use a link that pulls the photo from where it's actually stored. You see the photo without going to the host site. However, linking creates a lot of extra site hits without seeing the advertizing that pays for them so many photohosts won't allow it. You have to open the site and see the ads to see the photos. There are a few sites that do allow links. Photobucket is a popular one. allyoucanupload.com is one I hadn't heard of before. Hunt101.com was designed by hunters specifically for posting to forums.
