PM sactoller. I think he has a factory barreled one in a new FWT stock with PT&G Obendorf bottom metal. Could save you a ton of money.

Thanks for the tip Karnis, but really just looking for an action or cheap beat up rifle. I have several 7mm WSM's but wanting to build a medium weight, longer range rifle ( McM M40, ~#5 contour bbl, etc.).
