Scott I do have the 200 AB and the 210 PT's. I will be trying both of them. The reason for the question on the 200 Hornady, was that it shoots them like mad accurate and in case she is finicky and does not like anything else.

Case in point my 7mm bee Euromark will cloverleaf the 154 hornadies sp but only does about 1" with the 150 PT and forget about ANY boat tail in that rifle , period!

Gotcha. Makes sense to me. I'd be a little leery of a 200 grain Hornady at 3200. I know a lot of folks have great luck but I'd worry a little of them at full tilt. I'd bet it'll shoot the 210PT fine though. Flat based and they usually shape up pretty quick. Plus either that or the 200AB will smoke leg bones up close if it has too.

Oh and as far as that 7mm Wby, hopefully I have a buck or two when your tired of it. I could live with it shooting 1MOA with 150, 160 or 175 PTs.

Only dear sized rubbish animals to maybe 250 pounds tops but always got penetration and nothing was blown to pieces, just normal expansion and penetration.

Also have some Weatherby Factory ammo on the shelf with that bullet loaded.

Seems like a good water jug test might help answer your thoughts.

I concur. Run one through the jugs.
