I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Thanks for the heads-up. I now have me some. They still have some in stock, even a week after your post.
Because we're here lad. No one else, just us.

Ordered 2 bags (100 bullets). In the past I've loaded Partitions for my .30-30 and .257 Roberts and for many years took Federal Premium Partitions as backup ammo for my 7mm RM. Somehow it worked out I've never taken game with them bit, courtesy of friends and other hunters, I've seen what they can do.
These are for .30-06 development loads. If they shoot as well as the other loads I'm working up for my Ruger American (150g BT/AB, 168g TTSX and 180g BT/AB ), they may get used this fall. The idea of taking an elk with one intrigues me and I have no doubt about how they will perform.
Coyote Hunter - NRA Patriot Life, NRA Whittington Center Life, GOA, DAD - and I VOTE!
No, I'm not a Ruger bigot - just an unabashed fan of their revolvers, M77's and #1's.
A good .30-06 is a 99% solution.
