Looks like a Sako. We need to get that down here and burn the throat out of it. We are looking at June 21/22 for Prairie Dogs. How does that look???

Actually not a fence post... Waiting for a roe deer in the fog that finally showed up. Best regards from Spain!

Nice!
And welcome to the 'Fire.

AB2506 Neat picture. Could you comment on your rifle sling? I tried a Vero Vellini double sling. I knew that I wasn't supposed to carry my own rifle (a tracker was supposed to), but if I did, because my back injury screwed up my left leg and I pretty much need trekking poles to walk on rough ground, a backpack type of sling might be handy. 1-800-cabelas and I had one to try. High quality but it better be at $90 a pop. I watched the trackers let the rifles rub on their knives, lay them on rocks or fences and get all scratched up. By midway through the hunt, I was carrying my rifle pretty much all the time. Easier than trying to educate the trackers to take better care. That's why I like the Montana, easy to carry.

A little sumptin' that followed me home the other day. For the price, I just couldn't resist this svelte little number. CZ Ringneck 28 gauge. Best, GWB
