biggest problem with this crap, is that the war on drugs is an abject failure. When public policy criminalizes a third of the population, it's bad public policy. Cops are charged with upholding these laws, and get forced into all kinds of stupid chit. I'm sure many police have reservations about these kinds of warrants, but...................
Hate to be the one who threw the grenade. Lifetime of regret lays ahead for him/her. Sure feel for the kid regardless of what the rest of the family does. He was not brought into the meant to be a target, at least not at his age.
yeah pat, selling dope is like signing the death warrant for you, your family, your dog............ Couple grams of pot is easily worth a kid's life.
Apparently, selling meth and totin' an AK is a little different than "a couple of grams of pot" in Georgia.
Only 1 problem- no meth and no guns were found in the house. I hope they sue the crap out of the agency and the individual cop. This crap is unjustified. Would it hurt to set up surveillance and bust the guy on his way in or out of the house?
a similar debacle occurred in that part of the state a few years ago when a local cop shot and kilt a Baptist Preacher that was attempting to counsel a local. a huge debacle, and the reverberations continue.

Now how are they going to satisfy their adrenaline addictions like that?
That said, anybody selling dope from their house should expect their kids to get hurt...by somebody.
You don't read very well do you?
Fu(k you and bye.
And some of us have thought that Sherp was quite the satirist for exposing the absurdities of law enforcers actions and opinions by agreeing with them.
ltppowell excels without even trying. Poor Sherp, how terrifically hard has his worthy self-appointed task now become.
