To qualify for a soul it has to have a 3 position safety and a claw extractor everyone knows that. Geez you sako guys are sensitive. I was referring to more recent tikkas in the plastic stocks with the ejection port and the integral scope base on the receiver. They shoot lights out though for sure. To each his own. So you finally got rid of your Remington?

Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

1961 Mod 70 fwt. Mod 70 fwt wsm flavored 270 Nice rifles. I can see you eventually adding an FN (made in SC) 270 fwt to your collection one of these days..
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

...Fuggit Bob. I have 2 now because of you. You 270 pusher you....: My old one (made in 1957). 270 fwt that I put into this Mcmillan hunters compact I got from O45. This one is a good all around rifle: Handles great and shoots well: I had to buy this one because it is slightly rare. It was made in 1980 and was one of the first XTR fwt's off the assembly line. It had been 17 years since anyone saw a new FWT, so a lot of collectors snagged these and held on to them. This was one was unfired and "NIB" when I bought it. Of course you know I'm going to shoot it ...:

This is a most unusual Model 70 .270. It was originally owned by Tom Horn. I got it at a gun show in Wyoming... I gotta ask which Tom Horn?
