Headed north late this week. Needing a handheld that has really good topos available for northern Saskatchewan.

Any suggestions?

I've never used it myself but I've heard that Fugawi is a good system. You can get it for your smart phone (assuming you have one!).

Garmin has some with the mirco-SD cards that slide in. May be for just each province or all of Canada. I think mine is just Alberta/BC /NWT/Yukon.

the new Garmin ST series has whole TOPO Canada implemented.
