B-Dub,
That's a very nice .17 you have there. Of course mine does that with three different weights and brands of bullets so mine is still king.
Very nice regardless.

Travis Possibly a contender, but that was before I got the Holy Grail of 17's...

Travis And is why I read more than post ; ) Thank you for the help in the past. Next I will try the 28gr Calhoons and the 30gr Kindler Golds. I have quite a few powders to use if need be but I'm digging the CFE223 so far. I found a shop yesterday that has some 22gr Calhoons, 25gr Hornadys and some 25gr Bergers yet as well.

I'm always full of advice so let me give you some more...
CFE223 is a fine powder but you should try 24gr's of IMR 4320, the Remington 7 1/2, and either a 25gr V-Max or 20gr. V-Max. That load typically shoots UBER good in UBER everything.
Also, you should stop whatever you're doing right now and go buy all of those .17 cal bullets. As in... immediately.

That is a fine looking rifle but I believe Sako's are made in France and therefore your entry is inadmissible. Sorry. If it makes you feel any better you can punch me in the stomach this Friday. Travis
