I just bought a like new Meopta Meopro 4x12 scope off a friend for what I think a good price. I should have done some research but he needed the money.im putting it on my Ruger No 1 25/06. It's a very clear scope. What do you folks think of them ? Are they as high quality as they appear to be? Thanks

Yes, they are. The quality is simply superb. I have the 4-12x50 with #4 reticle and have nothing negative to say about it. Its ability to resolve fine detail under poor lighting conditions edges out the Conquests. It's one of the best values out there when you consider $$ spent for performance received.

I'm certain that my next purchase will be a Meopro for my custom 243. For the money and performance it is hard to beat.

I've had three of them...
Like them very much.. Would pick them over VX3 and Conquest. I think it's as clear a glass out there in the $500 range.
If it's a BDC reticle and you think you'd like to move it, let me know....

I have one with #4 reticle and it is on my go to rifle. I have several other nice scopes and it is comparable to all of them. I'm very pleased with mine. If you decide to sell put memptn in line

I've looked at them briefly. The large eye piece wasn't to my liking. It seems like you would really have to mount them with high rings.
