You're that one born every minute. Have you received Allen West's incessant emails, asking for money? My office computer gets several every day. Allen West is a GREAT AMERICAN, who served his country with distinction and valor. He's now deep into politics, and I never completely trust any politician. My late father worked as a lobbyist, and my wife worked for a lobbyist for years. There's no better perspective into politics than that.

I'm probably the least money-driven person you'll encounter, and those who know me know that. They also know I love my country as much as any man. I've worked hard politically at the grass roots since I was a Teen For Goldwater. Bristle all you wish at the truth. Money drives most of what you see. Many good men 20, 30, or 40 years ago went to Congress. We call most of them RINOs now.

I also ask you what Palin ever did for conservatism before being foisted onto the national stage?

My fight isn't with anyone here who has conservative values. It's with greed and power. It would please me no end to find I'm wrong in my suspicions.

BTW, I think impeachment and conviction is too gentile for The Dear Leader.

Luv2safari, while I completely agree with you, the LAST thing I want is for any harm (caused by humans) to come to this man. It would make him a martyr, and the rioting and subsequent "school, bridge & library namings" would be ridiculous.

When reprinted on Drudge; his online poll was about 220,000 (73%) YES, 39,000 (13%) NO, 43,000 (14%) NOT YET last time I checked.

I remember that show came complete with warts and all...unlike most hunting shows.

I remember the Sarah Snipers being shot full of holes with Ken Howard words of wisdom about fathers over-doing for their daughters. Helping when help clearly wasn't necessary.

I also remember when Sarah was finally handed a 300 mag whose scope had not been knock askew, she dropped her 'bou with one shot.

And there is the scene on her show where Sarah is out back of the gun store running some heavy loads though her brand-new 12 gauge bear stopper.

Questioning Sarah Palins patriotism or motives makes me question their true intent.
Like I said, they're nothing but ignorant trolls.

As mayor, we all know Sarah was only in it for the money. That is why her voluntary pay cut probably helped her get reelected twice. If those three terms had not limited Sarah out of a fourth term, she might never have left Wasilla to go to Juneau.

Where, being in it only for the money, Sarah could have made tons of it by going along to get along with the COB Club. Instead of helping the FBI send those Corrupt Old Bastards to prison.

So Sarah actually had to go out and rise more money from other people in order to defeat an incumbent GOP governor and his machine. They had been there seemingly forever and had a lot more money than she ever had.

Sarah won anyways. This set her up to really rake in all that dough that she was only in there for in the first place.

One of the first things Governor Palin did was to reject any gubernatorial pay raise. Out of the question...

Then Sarah spent over $913,000 less on personal expenses in her first two years that Gov. Murkowski spent in his last two years before she beat him.

And with her larger family Sarah somehow spent less on travel expenses that either Murkowski or the guy before him.
Maybe partly because Governor Palin sold the governor�s fancy jet that Governor Murkowski had loved to fly around in so much.

Fired the cook, her driver, and cut the security staff.
Sarah and Todd brought in their own personal guns and said that was all they were going to need.

Too bad Sarah was sued out of office. What with her 80% approval ratings...Sarah could have stayed in Juneau and made some real money ripping off the voters.

An Open Letter to Sarah Palin

Dear Ms. Palin:

I feel sorry for you. I truly do. It must be terribly frustrating to be so irrelevant. To have your rabble-rousing, race-baiting drivel limited to Fox's Sean Hannity Show in your desperate, pathetic, never-ending quest for attention. You are, put simply, one of the most ignorant, misogynistic, homophobic, xenophobic, hate-filled, polarizing individuals ever hit the national political stage (thank you John McCain).

Your new video, in which you call for President Obama's impeachment because of his "lawlessness," is an unconscionable, unpatriotic piece of garbage. The level of disrespect, condescension, sarcasm and reality-butchering is astounding. To say that your fake-cutesy, sing-songy, snarky delivery is vomitous would be a colossal understatement. You're also quite tone-deaf, comparing your suffering over his presidency to that of a "battered wife." There really are no groups you won't offend, are there?

Impeach Obama? For what, doing his job amid relentless Republican obstructionism and intransigence? For trying to keep government operating efficiently? For growing the economy? For creating millions of new jobs? For caring about 8-year-olds crossing the Mexican border alone? For wanting to find a practical, compassion solution to the immigration issue? For providing everyone health care? For trying to narrow the income inequality gap? For protecting women's rights? For allowing people who love each other to marry?

That you, like that other heartless conservative Dick Cheney, even have a perch from which to still spew your venomous hate-speak, is unfortunate. No one, not even the Fox faithful, should be subjected to your incendiary bile. You're a failed, disgraced politician who, despite becoming a humiliating punchline following the 2008 election, refuses to crawl back under your rock. Trust me: no one except Hannity, a few horny white Republican dudes and a smattering of their intellectually bankrupt women are interested in what you have to say.
