They are still in early preproduction and being demoed at shows.
I suppose it will be a few months, from what I read.
The HT will be brighter with higher transmission, as they have AK prisms. The SF has a flat field view, SP prisms, and was designed to compete with the Swarovision.
If looking at a new binocular purchase, I would wait and try
to test these models for yourself.
