Do you have a place for a rotisserie for the bodies?

Yes, the room with the hoist is where a rotisserie will be mounted to a body, from there it can go straight outside or inside the building for whirly/twirly/flippy/spinny work.
A lot of under side work will be done right on the hoist, including some media blasting if it doesn't look like frame off or rotisserie is necessary.
99% of the "dirty work" will be done in that room with the hoist.
contain the mess.
Something clever here.

Free software from google.
"Sketchup"
Compadre "white bear" and I used it to design an assembly line for manufacturing plant in.... 2009? lol.
I figure if it worked for that project it's good enough for making my shop model.

now if I can only find me a 1963 Falcon sprint, or Futura 260 that is reasonably priced. I had a 63 falcon when I was in the Navy, baby blue and it had some snort! sold it in 07. wish I still had it

Impressive... I tried Sketchup once, was used to all my Solidworks hotkeys, got frustrated and quit... Realistically, if you're doing this 50 hrs a week, how many cars do you think you will be able to do a year. (Basing everything off of the work that it took to get the Roadrunner complete) 3-4 ?

That's pretty much the exact same size and footprint as we have.
We did add a covered porch all across the front, which I'm really pleased with. Nice to just sit in the rockers during the rain.
I'll post some pictures.
Congrats!

Looks like you are off to a good start!
I like the floorplan.

You have solidworks? really? Yeah, forget about sketchup then. lol! As to the "how many per year?" I'm hoping that once I'm in my groove.... I want to bang out around 8 per year. Might not happen in my first year, but I want to be at 8 by my second year.
