All I could tell is it is a bit more sharp than Hellmans. It was good and if available locally I would buy it. Liberalism is a mental disorder that leads to social disease.

Wife only planted Early Girls and some sort of grape tomato this year, but have been getting them since June. The home made bacon is something I would like to do at some point. Sean

I love using bacon in various recipes, especially for the smoke flavor,but I have to go far and wide to get good stuff. This fall when I go up hunting, I might have to get several pounds at a fave market, and freeze it.
