We used to do that in Egypt. The locals always wanted to shake your hand. If you have ever been to that part of the world, their hygiene aint the greatest in the world. We called it a chicken wing, and they all loved it.
There is no way to coexist no matter how many bumper stickers there are on Subaru bumpers!

Yes, handshaking was nice while it lasted, but it's really ridiculous now. It's a main spreader of germs of all kinds.
