Ok, i would like to avoid the hassle of buying a lube sizer as i dont have time to use one, or a place to put one.
I would like to find out what it would cost me to ship 2,000 of my cast bullets to someone who can lube/size them for me?
Anyone care to take on this task?

Not me.
But you can buy a Lee push thru sizer and they will include a bottle of liquid ALOX.

These bullets have the standard grease groove. Liquid ALOX wont work with that will it?

If customers wanted raw bullets I knocked 3 cents off a 15 cent bullet if that helps.

Powder coat will work, so will LLA for the .38. I load the RCBS 150 grain bullet with LLA lube, dust them with motor mica to preclude gumming up the seating stem and rock on. Alloy is soft, about 10 BHN, sized to .358. No leading, shoots very good. Thin the LLA about 10% by volume with mineral spirits, pour a little on the bullets and mix until they are coated. When it dries it should have a faint brownish cast. Little bit goes a loooooong way. See this for guidance, or use this formula in lieu of my own and ditch the motor mica. http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?67654-Tumble-Lubing-Made-Easy-amp-Mess-Free

the lee push through setup with LLA will work just fine for your bullet and use of it. LLA works well with low vel rounds IMO.
Yes LLA will work with any type of bullet and any type of lube groove.
Whatever you are willing to put up with, is exactly what you will have.

I tumble lube bullets for my 45 Colt with Liquid Allox as well as some 405 standard bullets for my 45-70. I have never encountered any leading with any of them. The 45 Colt runs under 1,000 fps, and the 45-70 runs 1,000 to 1,300 fps. Heck, I don't even size them. My alloy is wheel weights, and after measuring a bunch of them, they were good to go without the sizing. Target use, mostly with the 45 Colt, and perhaps deer at close range with the 45-70. With those bullets, I snipe empty 12 guage hulls with my buffalo classic. THEY SHOOT REAL WELL.

A Lyman 311041 at about 1700 fps from a .30-30 at 50 yards...tumble lubed as previously described. The alloy is fairly soft with a BHN of 10-11. It isn't match grade accuracy, but it isn't deer/hog friendly either. This was shot with a Savage 24, front rest with a red dot sight. My guess is that a regular scope would cut the group size by about 30%

For what it will cost just in flat rate shipping back and forth to somebody you can buy a lee push through sizer and it works on your press so no additional equipment or space needed.
As mentioned, LLA works fine in many applications, and if the bullet is the right size as cast you don't even have to run them through the sizer.
I've gone to 45-45-10 as it's not as goopy as LLA and doesn't seem to gum up my seating dies.

Yes LLA will work with any type of bullet and any type of lube groove. I have found this to be true.

I guess I'm a stick in the mud, but I don't care for tumble lube. Just me. No good reason. You know how some people are...!

I've been using a lubrisizer for some 38 years but a couple of years ago decided to try some of the Lee tumble lube that came with the many push through Lee sizers I'd bought. I'm a glutton for punishment and size nose first with the Lee, then apply lube separately with the RCBS lubrisizer.
Anyway, I tried tumble lubing some standard lube groove .38 caliber 158 grainers (Accurate molds 36-160A to be exact) and they were just as accurate as those same bullets with LBT Blue. I drove them to 1100 fps with no leading, pretty good for a plain base bullet.
I'll still keep on with my two step method but wouldn't be at all skeered of tumble lubed bullets if that was the only current option.
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!

The Lee push through sizes along with either thinned Alox/Xlox or the 45/45/10 http://lsstuff.com/store/index.php?...p;zenid=dcecc541d664237a0f6278201d72195d lube will wok just fine. I have 6 of the lee push through sizers and made up enough 45/45/10 of my own to last me years,it's what I lube all my cast rifle and pistol bullets with in velocities that range from 900 to 2K fps.in both plain base as well as gas check designs and it's work just fine regardless of the bullets lube groove design. I've found that warming the bullets as well as the lube before application and just using enough lube say 10 to 15 drops per 50 bullets to begin with that give you a light golden sheen is all that needed. You can always add a bit more lube if there not coated to your satisfaction on the first application. I generally apply two light coats once before and once after sizing.
