Would you change out a stamped carrier for a forged one? The stamped ones always look cheap but its lasted 50 years. I am going to use this more now I have a scout scope set up and was thinking might be the time to switch. Thanks for your input.

No, but I would have one in the drawer if the need ever arises.

Thanks! this is one rifle that would be called a dog by collector's. But it shoots 2 inches at 100 and has killed deer every time it was fired at one. I am concerned that they may not be out there when needed.

Maybe not a bad idea, and the carrier spring also. Then there is that little nub on the link that is the thing that keeps the cartridges from coming out of the magazine until the time is right, it can wear down. Funny that Browning didn't make that a separate, replaceable part. And a firing pin, extractor and more probably. Getting a second 94 would get you covered.
