Which make & model of shotguns have the least recoil? (12 & 20 gauge versions).
Treestands don't demand. Treestands don't complain. Treestands simply ask me to sit down and listen.

It depends on the load and the weight of the gun as well as the action type.
There are too many variables for one answer to be correct in all cases
One shot, one kill........ It saves a lot of ammo!

For a non-gasser, the Benelli M2 ComfortTech really seems to work to reduce felt recoil IMO.

I put ~80,000 rounds thru a Beretta 391 and can say it handles recoil very well. I purchased several of the 20 gauge 391 youth model a while back for the grandchildren and they all did not seem to notice the recoil. I had a daughter that started out using the 390 and later also changed to a 391. My vote would go to the 391. You.can fine good used ones in the market since this model is no longer made. The A400 has replaced the 391.

I have a Franchi Instenct SL that kicks very little even though it is quite lite because it fits me like it was custom fit.
