That's a dragon speak joke, btw. That is our hospital's standard application for the doctors to enter their dictation and AFAIK it works fine.

I'm sorry but I'm not the expert on it here at all, I just know that's what we've been using for several years now and it definitely meets the needs of our doctors. From our documentation blurb:
"Front end speech recognition (Dragon) will provide the ability to navigate, dictate and correct medical documents entirely by voice by the physicians.
This implementation of front end speech recognition is using Dragon Medical Enterprise Network Edition and Physician Technology Partners Advanced SmartLibrary Content & Services Package."
