The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time by the blood of patriots and tyrants.
If being stupid allows me to believe in Him, I'd wish to be a retard. Eisenhower and G Washington should be good company.

This guy is an avid hunter, trapper and makes his own predator calls. He has had access to the 6666 Ranch for decades. I've met him a few times since we share a gunsmith/friend. The 'smith has an old picture of Wyman in front of a 'Six's line cabin which must have close to a hundred coyote and cat hides on the front porch.

I've met Wyman at Texas Outdoor Writers Association conferences a few times, and have a writer buddy who grew up with him in the Wichita Falls area. He is a GREAT photographer, with a talent for selecting great things to photograph.

Several of his neat pictures remind me of tramping around in Palo Duro Canyon a couple of centurys ago. Pretty to look at but hot and dry.
The Mayans had it right. If youre going to predict the future, its best to aim far beyond your life expectancy, lest you wind up red-faced in a bunker overstocked with Spam and ammo.

I met some trappers\predator callers recently that have access to PDC. Some nice bobcats etc. "Charles Goodnight: Rancher and Plainsman" - J. Evetts Hayley is a big book and one of the best I've ever read.
