She thought a few tats would improve her appearance.

Darryl Hannah? Ain't much a tattoo can do to improve or detract on some canvas.

No problem with well thought out tattoos. It's your body. When I see a bunch of random tattoos on a person, the word "impulsive" comes to mind. Not judging, but I sure wouldn't want to be trying to stick to a household budget or having gal trying to raise my kids who just acts on a whim.

That's one ugly dude, tats or not.

Oh yeah..

I have never seen a tattoo make and ugly women look better, but I have seen tattoos make beautiful women look less so. When encountering beautiful women, you tend to look at the whole person. Add a tattoo and you are drawn to that instead.

I never understood why someone would want to mar their body like that. It usually reminds me of some of the old photos shown in old National Geographic magazines.

Sadly these young people find out it hinders them in later life, such as wanting to join the military or being considered for a job in a prestigious corporation.

Looking back from the perspective of a few decades, it seems every generation in their teens and twenties has some common thing that, when they hit their mid-thirties to early forties, they look back on and say to themselves, "WHAT THE HELL WERE WE THINKING?!"

In the 60's it was drugs, although there are lots of choices from that decade, in the 70's it was leisure suits and disco, I wasn't paying attention to what it was in the 80's and 90's, and now I think tattoos are what today's young folks will look back on in the years around 2030 to 2035 and say to themselves, "WHAT THE HELL WERE WE THINKING?!"

It will be interesting to see what stuff the little children of today do to rebel against their tattooed parents when they hit their teens and twenties.


And life goes on...

I don't like tattoo's on women. I'm over 50 and a lot of things young women do, I do not like.

I can't image what would ever possess anyone to willingly do this to themselves. The good Lord willing, I'm most certain I will never know.

Suppose they ever wake up in the morning, take a look in the mirror and wonder just what in the hell was I thinking? To each their own I suppose, no tats for me. I spend my money on ammo.

Get the feeling that in 600 years someone from the discovery channel will dig up these bones and do a whole show about this local legend. Then they will start have sightings. Soon after future hillbillies will be hosting a series where they attempt to trap while spotlighting for them.

Yep that's it, Sleestaks! I knew I had heard that word before but could not remember where. Googled it....oh yeah, Land of the Lost!
