I'll ask again about the weather.

How much snow, how cold has it been, and how thick is the ice on the lakes?

The wood pile holding out, and how short are the daylight hours?

About a foot of snow on the ground, temperatures are mild and just below freezing. That is supposed to change with those arctic cold fronts coming down from Alaska....a little less than 11 hours of daylight, and the woodpile is holding out fine.
