I have for sale a nice Remington Custom Shop 375 H&H mag. Kevlar stock, 22" heavy contour barrel. I believe this was the KS safari model from late 80's or 90's.

Williams firesights added.

Comes with Weaver steel bases and Leupold quick detach 1" rings.

Gunsmith installed sling swivel studs, trigger job and Sako type extractor.

I have been using my Ruger 450/400 and this one is not being used so needs a good home.

$1,250 shipped to your FFL. FFL must accept from individual.

Barrel code PL = June 1991

8.8 pounds unloaded on bathroom scale.

I believe the stock is a McMillan Kevlar but I do not know for sure. Looks like one to me.

Seems heavy. I have one built in '88 that weighs 6 7/8 in a Brown stock.

Is the stock stamped "McMillan" in the barrel channel?

The custom shop put these stocks on the KS safari. Definitely a McMillan. I had one in a stainless version.

The OP's rifle would be a great guide gun,IMHO.

Agreed. I just didn't know that remington ever put out a sub 7 pound 375; thought that was pretty much nula territory. This one would make a nice compact package for carrying, for sure. And thanks for clarification on stock Skilak.

Folks, don't confuse this with the lighter version. The heavy contour barrel on these is where all the extra weight comes from. The weight makes it very pleasant to shoot. Loaded and scoped it should indeed be around 9 pounds. If you are looking for a ultra light weight 375, this is not it. It does come up quick and handles well in my opinion.

You do not see many of these for sale. I would keep it but it is not getting used.
