Anybody have any experience with these? I have an extra set lying around, thought I'd use them on one of my rifles for load development. They'd be going on my .300 Win Mag. Any issues with them staying solid under recoil, etc? I know they are by no means top-of-the-line, but figured I might as well use them as long as they're up to the task. Thanks, and Happy New Year to all!!

I've used them on a 30-06 without problems.

They always worked for me but I don't normally have ring issues

They're a little bulky, at least the ones with the screws on the sides, but solid enough.

Based on a sample of one set, I think the light, one-piece Talleys are the hot, affordable, choice for a permanent setup.

Thanks guys! I'm planning to go with Talleys for the long run, just wanted to see if I was asking for problems by using these for the shorter term on a .300WM. Sounds like I shouldn't expect hastles.

Just remember, as with any cross-slot rings, to push them forward as you tighten the screws so the crossbolt butts up against the forward edge of the slot.
