Anyone else noticing the obvious trend here? The favored teams are ALL starting out 2-3 scores down and unable to catch-up.

Does that continue into to New Years Day!? Could be interesting.

Especially, if FSU pulls the reverse of their slow first half starts.

I can't wait to see the Duck's annihilate the Nole's and that thug Winston mad

Sincerely hope the final score looks like TCU vs Ole Miss game today!

So if LSU, Miss St and Ole Miss suck this bad, how good really is Bama, if their playoff position was based solely off of playing these 3 teams?

While I'll be rooting for the Tide to roll, I really don't think they are all that good. If Oregon and Bama meet for the Championship, I'd put all my money on Oregon, if I was a betting man. But thankfully, I don't bet on Football. wink

I would have loved to see TCU play the Nole's. But the power that be were not about to let that happen!

Exactly and great question. But then you know the answer so I'll not waste my time.

Almost, like these underdog teams/coaches met at Mortons and agreed to simply jump out front first and keep the pedal to the metal!! Good for them!!

As much as I do not like Lou he was right. "Every week a different team shows up, which means a different result."

BUT for me, it seems like the underdog teams designed the same playbook. Get out front first and stay there!!! I know...shuhhhh. But it is working and consistent. ACC is having a great season end.

Tomorrow will be interesting.

David, I sure hope you didn't pick the Nole's over Oregon.

No doubt!

And I really thought Miss. St. would beat Georgia Tech. It's really a good thing that I don't bet on sports! At least in Black.Jack, I have some control of the outcome cool

Well, whether by luck or intuition, you boys deserve credit. I did not see this one coming. I knew the SEC West was overrated, I did not know it sucked this much.

If OSU hadn't lost both it's QB's, I would be changing my pick as Bama had trouble with all three of these SEC West teams that just got run over by middling teams.

Can't speak for others, but I always feel like Tech can beat whomever simply based on the genius of Paul Johnson. However, could not find the nad's to punch the button.

If I had to guess, the winning picks were desperation. DW????

Happy New Year guys!!!!!

I picked GT not so much in desperation but more of a homer pick. Everyone knows like UGA but even I will pick GT on occasion. Miss St ended the season on a downward slide and GT ended on a high note beating their in-state rival UGA.

HNY friends.

I picked GT at the outset a week before and never changed my picks. In fact, I never changed one pick after selection. That strategy has ultimately screwed me in the past.

Anyways, here's today's unchanged picks. Make or break for most today, I think.

Good luck, everyone.
