I'll chime in, I'm no expert on any of this stuff but I do have that particular rifle myself. It's at the smith being pillar bedded in a McM so I don't have a scope on it now, but of the three you're looking at the LHRS is the only I'd consider even a little bit for that rifle. It has a slightly heavier than sporter barrel, maybe like 3-4 contour, and a sporter stock, so IMHO scopes with 56mm bells or 35mm tubes don't belong anywhere near it.
I think the LHRS could work, it's big but not huge. It looked nice a scope when I fondled one in SWFA a while back.
I recently took a Conquest 3-9x40 off of my M77 22-250, because in the medium rings my finger would drag the scope cap on the eyepiece when running the bolt. I put a VX3 with a slim eyepiece on it to remedy this, and will likely do the same on my m77 predator.
But will all the talk of vx3's not tracking lately, I might be looking at the LHRS myself for my 6.5. Please let us know what you go with and which rings you end up using..

The only one of these three would be the LHRS.

Yea, realize the other two go against how I feel in general about scoping rifles.

Zeiss HD5 3-15x42 with RZ600 reticle... This is the "what else" I'd pick...
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

I had a Vortex Viper HS 5-15x44 on mine till the anti-Vortex thread came along and now it's wearing a SWFA 10X! LOL
I intend to buy a LRHS - someday.

Well, trying something different. Burris Veracity 4x20x50. We'll see how it works.

I have 4-12x40AOs on my 6.5 Creedmoors. I tried a couple of others scopes, a Weaver V16 4-16x42AO and a Bushnell 10x40, but decided that for my needs the 4-12x40s were a better(?), maybe more practical is a better description, combination of weight and size.

work up to it but something between 41 and 41.4 also between 42.2 and 42.6 w H4350 seems to be very stable in most creedmoor's with the 140's. If you can reach the lands start at a .010 jump for load development then move back from there if needed. Most factory rifles will need to be about .050 to .070 from the lands to fit in the mag so start where is most convenient for your application.
I shoot the 130 bergers in mine and have never had good luck with H4350 with any bullet under 140 gr so I use varget for the 130's and H4350 for the 140's. I have had two creedmoors and one 260 and none of them would shoot repeatable groups with H4350 and 130's but shot excellent with varget and 130's.
If you do an OCW type development, shoot 3 shot groups of .3 or .4 increments starting at 41, 41.3, 41.6 etc up to 43 grains you should find two nodes in there. One around 41.3 and another around 42.5. They will probably not even need seating depth change but I always play with seating depth a little once I get my charge just to see if I can get it better. Most times it doesn't matter.
