Campfire friends, could some of you please direct me to an online coffee source with a good selection of java please.
Not much more than Maxwell house and Folgers available here although I did run into a bag of 8 o'clock the other day. For those off you that require a jolt of java to get your motor running each day I'm sure you can appreciate a great cup in the AM.
Thanks.

Not a coffee drinker. But I used to work adjacent to the community coffee plant and could smell them roasting it on certain days.
Never cared for the stuff, but it smelled pretty good while it was roasting. The community guy came every week, I assume we got fresh stuff lol.

We bought "Farmer Bros" on line. It's good coffee. My wife did the transaction, you can look them up on line.
Best of luck to you.

If you are feeling warm and fuzzy, my wife has been doing volunteer work for the equal exchange coffee co-op (representing small farmers).
We get our coffee when she gets in the shipments for at cost resale.
Don't know how it will work out for a retail consumer, but their breakfast blend and french roast decaf is quite serviceable, coffee wise.

lil on the expensive side but but its about the only stuff ill sit and drink cause it has almost no bitterness....love sour flavors but hate bitter so like IPA's i never really cared for drinking coffee....the single source small farm grown stuff where no unripe beans make it to roasting makes a difference http://lacolombe.com/

Thanks. My good friends here in town, Chris and Nora Neuman, have one of the best little coffee operations in the Country. Chris is a master roster, and ever better at sourcing. https://www.strongtreecoffee.com/

enjoybettercoffee.com has excellent prices & service. So much so, that I haven't bought coffee in a store in a couple of years. I'm particularly fond of this stuff, whether ground or whole bean. It won't blow your head off (or your bowels out ), but it'll have your house smelling great, and make you think twice about buying coffee out ever again. FC

I was given a pound of Caucono Coffee years ago and have been buying it ever since. http://www.puertoricocoffeeshop.com/CafeYaucono.html#654 I buy it every year for some of my family & friends at Christmas time. Three or four days from Puerto Rico to your door.

Melitta Coffee, European Roast Ground, Extra Dark Roast, 10.5-Ounce Cans (Pack of 4)
I buy this through Amazon (works out to approx $6.00 per 10.5 oz can) when I buy 2 4 packs that qualifies for free shipping (above $35.00 order = free standard shipping) In my opinion this blend is really good value for the $$$$.

OK, I will open a whole new can of worms. I still am interested in getting this on line, but what is the best coffee out there, that is affordable for someone that drinks a lot of coffee. We used to buy Hill Brothers at the Sams club, but they no longer handle it, and over time the quality had fell off. Currently we are using Folgers Gourmet, but am not completely satisfied with it. I have tried lots of coffees but I am still looking for my go to coffee. miles
Look out for number 1, don't step in number 2.
