Crack open a Torpedo and call that wimpy. Before you blackout. Torpedo really isn't even in the running at only 7.2% ABV. When you really want to get going, start with Stone Brewing's Double Bastard (11.0% ABV). It goes up from there. Hell, there are some micro-breweries out there at are - no schit - brewing Imperial IPAs, quadruple IPAs, and other ridiculousness that are over 100 PROOF. I don't see how those can be brewed in the classic sense, with the yeast dying in the high alcohol level. They've got to be doing the "ice beer" method of freezing out some water content.

Six will get you drunk, but hardly torpedoed. Torpedoes are only found in this area in 22s. If you merely get drunk off of six 22s at 7.2ABV, you're a bad, bad man.

I like me more than that. Hell, I'd drink Tecate before I'd drink that stuff. Headache in a bottle. If we're doing the canned water, I'll go PBR, Old Milwaukee, Busch, or Coors Original.

Love some ice cold Old Mil on a hot day as well. Unlike an IPA, they are so watery that it will actually quench your thirst.
Unless you are really thirsty, then you need straight up water.
