Here is a Rolling Stone Article on Hernandez. Reportedly the guy was using "angel dust", and had a violent history going back to U. Florida and Urban Myer who tried but failed to turn him around. Most of the NFL teams, even though he was a tremendous talent, took him off their draft boards due to red flags.
