Same masons, different grill Dave. That is at the Tulare Ag Center. Supposedly the largest farm show/exhibit in the world. Spoke with Brazilian, Indian, German, Japanese, and I think Ukrainian people today. Most never heard of tri-tip, hell, outside of California most haven't heard of it.

Ed, I have seen sirloin ball tip in commercial size cryo-packs, never heard the other term.
