I am getting a new crew cab silverado and am looking for good floor mats that cover the entire area behind the front seats and as well the driver and passenger foot wells. Looking for high quality that will keep mud, snow and water out of the carpeting.
What's your recommendation?
Thanks

Can't imagine you'd be disappointed with WeatherTech. Custom fit to your vehicle, reasonably priced, have been very satisfied with mine.

I'd recommend getting rid of the carpet & having it replaced by rubber. That is what was done to my 2006 Silverado by the previous owner.

I doubt that I will rip the carpet off the floor of a new truck.

Check out WeatherTech, Where I live you need good floor protection from the mud and snow. WeatherTech does just that, I've had them now for two winters and my light camel carpet in my Ford Expedition looks brand new, Two piece in the front, one piece in the back.

Just so you know, some truck mats are made with silicone based polymers that react and melt rubber rifle/shotgun recoil pads over time [made by Pachmayr etc] when the pad is on the floor mat and barrel resting on the seat traveling between hunting spots, especially in warmer weather. Guess how I know....
So it pays to ask about the floor mat composition prior to purchase, or to put a towel on the mats if the gun is transported in that manner.

WeatherTech.
They are a prideful US company and they are the Cadillac of weatherproof floormats.

I would definitely go with husky liners. I had those I'm my previous truck and loved the. When I went to by more for my new truck the sales man talked me in to Weather Tech. I wish I wouldn't have listened the Husky Liners are a lot better!!

I've had both Husky and Weathertech. Both are well made, fit well and get the job done.

Sweet ride. I would love to find one like that in the same condition.

Husky mats for me.
Talking to a bud about that the other day. You pay extra for the carpet and then spend couple hundred $$$ just to protect them.
Too bad you can't the bells and whistles with plain Jane rubber floors
