Eric, southwind had it right with his little sticky: Carl ross positional match You should check it out. It's fun, and it's a timed event... You should try it with the old std wt.. I'll bet that rifle would do very well!!!
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

BSA, that is cool. Thanks for the link. I'll have to try it out with the '06. It's similar to some of the training we have in the military. It's a good way to make sure you're not getting too comfortable on the bench. Eric

I think a 70 FWT is the new Holy Grail in Pre64 M70's..... GSP: It has been that way for 30-40 years. Bob, your math is wrong. They came out in '52 bsa: I know but I really meant in the post 64 era.....seems ever since the pre 64's increased in value the 270 FW always seemed to be in demand.

I really liked the 1980 made XTR fwt (first year they brought back the featherweight in post production). My good buddy 79s gave this one to his daughter for Christmas after he talked me out of it: I can see where something like this could be popular...
