Snowing like a big dog here. Fresh seafood? What is that. The closest I can come to that would be rocky mountain juevos. But they are good too!

Melted Butter, Lemon Juice, Crushed Garlic with a little crushed dill and tarragon mixed in.

Pour the Clam Nectar off add a little of the above mixture to a mug of the nectar and your drinking the Nectar of the God's along with the Steamers

Butter or straight up, depending on my mood. I used to walk 200 yrds up the street, fill my hod, then let them soak for a day or two off the dock in a basket I made out of lobster trap wire. Always had some ready in rotation.

We used to put the clams in a wash tub with salt water with seaweed over the clams and pour acorn meal into wash tub with the clams and let them sit for about eight hours to let the clams spit out the sand and ingest the corn meal before steaming them.

Have never seen nor eaten a steamer clam so don't dip in anything. But I have eaten many pounds of fried clams on Friday nights.
