I was at a public range on Saturday and all but one shooting lane were in use. A guy shows up and walks out onto the range to place his target while the range was hot and everyone was shooting. He was in the end lane and figured he was safe as long as he stayed to the side.
Fortunately, everyone stopped shooting immediately.

I hope the RSO read him the riot act and kicked his stupid ass off the range.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

Happens all the time on unsupervised ranges.
I quit using a range in Union when a guy sent his 10 year old down range with a pie plate and clothes pins while I was shooting.

Stories of the mishaps at public ranges always make my property taxes easier to pay.
4 out of 5 Great Lakes prefer Michigan.

Happened to me ,guy on the last bench fired off his muzzleloaders when everyone was checking their targets 100 yards away. If one of us had a shovel available the trunk he would not have left that range that's all I can say.
