You'll need a .311 bushing if you use .300 SAUM brass to start the neck(first step), then size again with a .295. If you're using 7 SAUM brass, neck it down first with a .295, then run it through a .264 diameter expander mandrel. This step will get you the correct neck tension, and get you better run out. Trim to 2.025" de-burr, chamfer, load and shoot.
.300 SAUM brass will finish at 2.010, so you won't have to trim for quite a few firings.
