If da kid shows up to pick up his prom date in that snarlin', classic, pristine F250, he's gonna need a rubber.
I'd buy him a 3 pack just to be on the safe side. Quote worthy. Lmao!

How come you painted it black?
That's racist.
BTW,,,,, if the truck's not completed by prom night does your boy have to repeat 12th grade?

Nathan says the awesome levels are quite high for him right now. I like this clear so far, its still flowing. We put textured rocker guard on the lower section, that's why the extreme orange peel suddenly along the bottom.

WOW!
I SO have to hire you to properly re do my dads '66 Caddy convertable some day.
That truck just SO rocks.....
This thread reminds me of the car projects my dad and I did together. Nothing this spectacular of course, but the memories are life long and treasured.
Good on ya, man.

Its a brand new set of lights, we just set them on the roof to see if we like em or not. They do have a switch so they can be shut off. We ordered these because they looked so awesome in the photos. When we got them yesterday we were very surprised how large they were. Here, I'll post a pic of one next to an OE style light on a different 77 pickup. Because of the arch in the base plate, the new lights will have to be positioned further ahead to match the crown of the roof. Ultimately its up to Nate. Like I told him, we don't have to put them on, if he wants to see how they would look on the finished truck we can set them on the roof again after paint and see what he thinks. those cab lights are almost as big as the ones on my Sterling [Ford ] gravel truck. to big for a pickmeup. super fine work there Dave. norm

If that's the case then I'll drive my Durango up and have you rub some of that "luck" on it! Seriously, I envy your skills and faith in yourself to make the leap that you did.
