I have been trying to find some 7mm-08 brass with very little luck. I did find a place that has some Hornady brass available. I have never used their brass so I would like your thoughts on it. How does it compare to Winchester and Nosler?

I haven't tried it in a 7mm-08 rifle, but I use a good bit of it in 308 Win. with excellent results. It has been superior to WW in the recent vintages I've compared.
I should add I've used other people's once fired 7mm08 and made 243 out of it, again with excellent results in my 243 rifle.

Midway has 7-08 Lapua, I'd be jumping all over it.

I find Hornady brass to be at least as good as WW with the usual variations. Then again I have no confidence that everything under a given label is made by the same people in the same place.
I also find that over the years nobody in this country offers consistent brass so head stamp is more important to me within a given lot or brief period of time than matching headstamps have proven to be over the shelf life of cartridge brass.
I'd be inclined to prefer the prepped brass from Nosler especially sales for overstocks and blems assuming buying a single lot in quantity.
Ultimately my choice for general purpose - with some major exceptions that are not general purpose - has been to buy in quantity - typically 1K and do my own prep and cull. For this use I find Hornady to be just fine - as good as WW and in some cases more available as the various companies run different cartridge brass. In no case do I ever say I'll give it a few months and see if Winchester makes a run.

Good stuff, but in two chamberings the first use was touchy because it was too good. Chamfer very well after passing over expander button and check that brass/rounds will chamber.
My experience is with 7x64 Brenneke. .300 H&H and .416 Rigby brass by Hornady.

I run 320 gr Woodleighs to 2400 fps in a 9.3-62mm in Hornady brass and 200 gr Partitions to 3100 in a Buds 300 WBY, good stuff.

I had one fifty count box of Hornady 9.3x62 brass that all had to be trimmed before it would chamber in my CZ550.

I've used Hornady rifle brass for at least half a dozen cartridges from .17 Hornet on up and haven't had any problems. Some has been outstanding, including 6.5 Creedmoor.
But as Clark suggested, not all brass with a certain headstamp is always made in the same factory. In fact, different factories making brass for each other is far more common than most handloaders would suspect, and includes some "brands" they'd never suspect.

Does Hornady still sell brass with the Frontier head stamp? I use Hornady brass in my 25-06, good stuff so far. I also have some Frontier brass. Is it the same stuff?
Those who must raise their voice to get their point across are generally not intelligent enough to do so in any other way.

Maybe. Maybe not. Hornady made Frontier, but I don't consider them identical....just on principle. I've never checked them, to know either way.

My only Hornady brass has been 300 Savage and 7-08, but it was as good as any I have ever used, dimensionally. Function has been perfect.

About a year ago I called Hornady and asked about the Frontier Brass and if it was the same as the Hornady stamped stuff and the tech I talked with said it "absolutely" was the same brass. Just stamped Frontier. Love my -06 Horny brass. The Creed brass I HAVE to trim after every shot. Don't like that.

I guess I'm in the minority. IME the primer pockets go loose a little quicker than other brands.

I have had 6.5 Creedmoore brass go bad after the second loading with a light load, and brand new 308 Win, that you could not seat a primer in. I received no response from Hornaday when I e-mailed them about these issues. I will not buy it if I can find anything ese.
