I have a brass case that is 5 grains different than the average in a 22 Hornet could it have a diferent impact point?

yes, different case internal volume and that would affect pressure and velocity and that may effect the bullets performance, hence hitting in a different spot.

how much? is anybody's guess IF it has any effect at all.
