An out-of-state supporter of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundyhas pleaded guilty in a federal court in Pennsylvania to making threats against a Bureau of Land Management enforcement official during Bundy’s 2014 standoff against federal officials over land grazing rights.

They have to catch them first and prove that they're the one who sent the message. Anonymous threats are VERY hard to prove and most of them are smarter than this guy.
