Although many of you may have seen or read this before I had not.

At this point I have read only the "cliff-notes" version but intend to download and read the article in full as time permits.

No real opinions on my part just thought it was interesting as it seems to be empirical style data. Had no idea that such groups would be humanly possible even under completely controlled conditions.

Of course all of this is taking things to the extreme for any normal outdoorsman but if you check it out I hope you enjoy it.

Personally I thought so too.

Frankly, I am a little surprised with all the folks here that seem to be enamored with accurate rifles that you appear to be the only one that read and commented on this.

I, too, think this very interesting. Read the full text last night. They got as close to a controlled environment with means to exclude influency of any variable (including the shooter) not inherent to the riflesystem as possible outside a proving ground.

It ain't gonna get a lot of attention in this forum unless the title contains: obama, black, boobs, cops, ch!mp or dickcheese.

Haha, yea all that seems to be the rage. I thought about posting in reloading or gunsmithing or some other place but it really effects all of that and more.

Plus I thought more folks might be interested and benefit from it in the Campfire forum.
