This is a tap for making your own modified cases for the old stoney point OAL gauge which I believe Hornady took over. It is a 5/16-36 HsTap (plug). It's never been used. If you need a case to use the OAL tool and they don't offer one, this is what you need to roll your own. $10 shipped to USA
