I've shot a friends Sako -- nice rifle with a great trigger from the factory!

I have had a Brno .22 for more than 30 years now and have a bit over 70,000 shots through it (I used to use it in Sporting Rifle competition). Fantastically accurate, never a moment's problem or any detectable wear with all those shots.

By the way, the Brno replaced an Anschutz because it was more accurate -- and that is saying something!

I have no experience with the other rifles you mention.

I'd try to handle one of each and pick the one that feels best. IMO, accuracy is a crap shoot, in that it depends a lot on the individual rifle. Back when they were new, I got a LH Browning T-bolt. I never could get used to the action - always felt jerky to me, and the accuracy was so-so, so I sold it. One of my favorite .22s is a lefty Kimber of Oregon.

Don't know anything about the brno, but I have a Sako Finnfire that I'm very pleased with. I have a Loupie 3x9EFR mounted on it. My best group is 50 (five-o) into a little less than .5 at 30 yards with Win. PowerPoints.

Personally, I'd go with the BRNO.
But, I have a Sako Finnfire custom and like it's action, and it's accuracy.
I have a Kimber HS and am not happy with it. That would rule out the SVT for me.

Accuracy is not a crap shoot with the Kimber SVT. The classic shoots like magic. I would go SVT without a second thought.

Ive owned and have a number of the older versions of these rifles. My favorite is an old Browning T-Bolt Ive had since the early 70s. It outshoots my Kimber 82. I dont know much about the new T-Bolt, except that it is a Japanese version of the old gun with some alterations...

BRNO...I thought they closed down when the Czec republic broke off from the Slovaks.

Anyway, I've owned BRNOs and they're good rifles. Had a .22 Hornet that was outstanding. But, myself, I'd opt for a CZ, which is what BRNO used to be...Brno is a town, I think, where they had a goverment arsnal. Now that the country his been democratized, CZ is the one....very accurate.

But I wouldn't turn a BRNO down...I suspect it might be a little higher than a CZ, less than a SAKO, and I wouldn't even consider a Browning.
