What models did Kimber have the 2-position wing safety? And what year was the transition to the now standard 3-position safety?

The K22 and the 84M were changed to the 3-position safety in early 2004.

Did the 8400 ever have a 2-position safety, or just the models mentioned already?

Kimber will convert the 2 pos safety to 3 pos. Did it on Mrs Blacktailer's 84M SA. Don't remember how much they charged so it must not have been very expensive.
I am continually astounded at how quickly people make up their minds on little evidence or none at all. Jack O'Connor
