You'll be on our backyard. Never hunted elk in those units, but we did see mediocre bulls in 108 at the north end. Robison Summit on US50 must have a few elk, we have to drag 'em off the highway once in a while. The 30 mile ranch have elk in their fields occasionally. Once in a while we'll see 'em on Antelope summit crossing from 131 to 108.
131 & 132 must have some decent bulls, we found 1 330" shed in the Currant mtn range, we don't get out that way much. Those elk will head into thick cedars after not much pressure and the lack of high spots to glass from make it tough to find them. There's a lot of springs so it's hard to catch 'em coming to water.
The local biologists are a good ear to bend, nice guys to boot.
