Make them happy.
Yes or no?

Just curious.

I haven’t.

Mark one in the no category....

Make it two.
And also feel free to admit that you have worn a mask.

FWIW this isn't a judgement, I am honestly curious.
Haven't worn one, ain't gonna wear one.
Everyday at work and to the post office

Wore one in Menards today
I put a clean bandana around my neck when I go to town usually... (or in a pocket).

I've pulled it over my nose long enough only to get thru security at the courthouse for my dad's probate stuff... and to record some deeds. Wore it as I walked down the hall at the doctor's office for some knee goo... as a courtesy... narrow hallway, but not at reception or in the waiting room.

Got kicked out of a liquor store because I refused. Been drinking shine since.

Think that's about all.

Yes

Only when going into the rare business that requires it for something I badly need. I understand it isn't up to the employees at the business, no reason to give them grief. (edit) those businesses weren't around here.
Twice, to vote and at the DMV
Every grocery store here requires it. So yes I have.
No big deal, I've used one painting, and scooping grain.
Every grocery store here requires it too, thanks to the gubernor's order. And yet, still, I go maskless.... as do a great many others.
Only in stores that mandate it, and when BobbyBrownEyes mom wants me to cosplay Zorro with her.

😎
I tried to at IGA in the town over west yesterday.....couldn't do it. Had to take it off.

No one was critical or unfriendly to me afterwards.

Oh, I guess I wore one to get my blood drawn a while ago too.
Richard, it's fine if you've worn one.

It's fine if you haven't.

Like I said, I'm just curious.

I know you love to ask and hate to answer but c'mon man, just spit it out....
Posted By: EdM Re: Who hasn't worn a mask yet? - 08/16/20
Had to hit Home Depot today as North 40 did not have the bit I needed. I wore a mask. Otherwise no requirement here.

I have to or I don’t work, so yes I’m a mask wearing pussy!!!
I wear one alone in the car or going to the mailbox.

Beaver sleeps in one he says and also when Kingston FaceTimes him 😆
Only once, to donate blood, otherwise been naked faced for last 6 months.
And for the record I have not worn a mask.

I have asked several businesses and they've all said you don't need to worry about it.

If they said wear one I would.

It's their store and I'd follow their rules.

Me, three times in one damn month at Doc's office.

6 months blood labs rolled around, OOPS, psa level elevated, come back in two weeks.

Two weeks later, another mask, phone call next day, still elevated, Doc asked when was the last time you had sex? near daily I said, lay off for five days before you come back in two weeks.

Two more weeks, another mask, phone call next day, psa 1.2.............GTG!

FYI, any of you old guys going in for blood work, lay off the honey pot for five days before giving blood, active prostrate elevates psa levels.

Funny chit.

Guess it doesn't bother them.
not yet. but I did make one out of a t-shirt sleeve and a piece of paracord if needed...

Once or twice. I try to avoid business that go Nazi
I do.
Since having a democrat for governor makes the virus much more deadly tired, I occasionally gotta wear one long enough to get in the store for something I need. Once I’m in, I stuff the damn thing in my pocket. There’s only a couple stores honoring the governors mandate anyway.
I usually gotta put one on at work, but the damn thing fogs everybody’s glasses, so they’re not too anal about covering your nose, which totally defeats the purpose.
I think by now most people are convinced that it’s a political weapon more than a virulent danger.
7mm
Once at the DMV because I had business that couldn't be avoided. Once at the Eye Doc for the same reason.
Go to three restaurants that don't give a fugg what the Gov. Says, 7-11 to buy beer, hardware and lumber stores don't care, liquor store back at the mountain don't give a fugg.
Gun store definitely don't.

Covers most of my shopping bases.
My mom and wife handle all the mask type shopping.

Been in the actual grocery store once in the last 5 months.

Mom got tags for my pickup the other day.

Guess I'm cheating.

I fly about once a month and have to wear a mask to get into the airport and on the plane. I also live in areas that require masks to go in stores. So I wear masks often, but rip the damn things off as soon as I'm out of the area. I never wear one unless it's mandatory.
I wear one where it's mandatory. Don't where it isn't.
We have a county wide mandate here for doing business indoors and it's also required at work in a few designated areas. My wife and I had lunch at our local tavern yesterday, everyone walked in with a mask on, once seated at a table the masks came off.

Restaurants do the same here. Wear one to get in the front door then take it off. Optical efficacy to fight the viral loads ....

He waits in the van with his lollipop.
Who would have ever thought it would not only be accepted practice, but a requirement to enter many establishments looking like this, while armed?

So far I have 4 times. I cant wait to get my Trump 2020 mask though. It is on backorder for another 6 weeks.

Really?

That dirty fuucker.

I hadn't heard.

But I have heard his fake tough guy country accent radio ads about 20 times in the last week.

What a clown.
I have. Twice. Once to visit my grandpa in the hospital. No mask, no entry.
And once to go to the hospital with my wife for her surgery. Same deal.

Otherwise, if a mask is required, I don’t need to be there. Not big on playing along with scams that make me look stupid.
Nope!

Well I had to wear one when I left my room in the hospital after my neck surgery, does that count?

HA! the wife had to wear one when she came to visit with me, she walks into the room i look at her and say "Honey you look so beautiful with your mask on". I thought the nurse was going to piss herself laffin'!

You MT boys have one of the most important Senate races in the Nation.

Daines might or might not be the greatest thing short of sliced bread but Bullock could stop trump from appointing a fixer to the Supreme Court.

Let's hope the Hunters/Sportsmen of MT don't get hoodwinked like they did with Testor.

That said, I so far have avoided masking up but I doubt it's a hill worth dying on, figuratively.

I need to make a Costco run to Billings and I suspect I will get a bit of use out of the Kewl Kryptek masks I got a my Wyo Gov Shoot.

Same here.
I am in Korea, and it is more expected here. Even before the Chinese Virus, most folks here wore masks because the air is full of crud.

I still wear one when I enter a store off base. I am, by wing commander directive, required to wear one when in the BX or Commissary, etc on base.
No, why would you they do not work and will not keep you from catching covid 19.

He had asked the manager if she would throw him out if he didn't wear a mask. She said no, she would not throw them out.

I'm a newcomer to MT, but from the informative and totally honest campaign ads, I have learned that Bullock is the real Montanan with bona fide roots in every community and a focus on farmers and outdoorsmen, whilst Daines is some carpetbagger who only wants to shut down rural hospitals and take away unemployment benefits. Or something like that.

I do wear it in stores as mandated, not a fan.
Also, I tested positive for Covid today.
I knew I had it for about a week now. while some symptoms went away and got better(my taste and smell coming back) my cough has got worse.
I wear it only on private property when indicated by the owner(s).

Unfortunately, here in the PRK, that means almost all grocery stores.

Many local businesses here don’t enforce masks. The owners or employees don’t wear them.

SamO,

Not very often a guy has a chance at affecting history.

Testor did a Rickroll on Hunters/Sportsman in MT with a few podcasts.

This time needs to be different even if Daines is not a superstar.

Have those Back Country Dipshits thrown their support in for Bullock yet.

I bet Bullock has his granddaddy's ole shotgun still.......
Hell no, I have not and will not bow to this stupidity. Our city passed a mandatory mask wearing ordinance for the month of August. I won’t wear one and don’t require it of customers at my business.
No
I had to wear one for my doctors appointments and will have to when I go get my drivers license renewed Tuesday. Other than that no. It is required here now for indoor public places since we are over the magic 4 cases. I just don't go out much anymore. Heck if you want to use a rest area in the middle of no where in a county with no COVID you have to wear a mask. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

Not yet and we can make it very painful for them to play the same game that got Testor another run.
No - dont have one -
I wear one as needed at businesses where mandated, usually. Sometime I do not and plan to use a religious exemption if challenged, however, there's been none. Bollcuuk can kiss my ass. We don't need no phucqking masks. Luckily I work for a company that feels the same.

Mask required here to enter any business including restaurants but do not have to wear once seated (pretty f...ing stupid). Wear mine mostly around my chin and jerk it off my face as soon as I walk out of store.................. like 98% of people around here.

Nobody here, for sure. He didn't stand a chance in this county, anyway, but being such a small population I guess he figured he could loose the 10 or 12 votes he might have got on the chance he could win a few more from Missoula and Bozeman.

See my pic above,

get yourself a clean snotrag (bandana)

Much easier on my face at least and I don't have the rubber bands around my ears either.
Farmers Co-op got me today, big rude sign on the doors. I needed some Vetricyn Plus wound mgt. There’s a guy in the working that’s a dead ringer for Tickle from Moonshiners and just as stupid too. It’s his little power trip to drill everyone for a mask. Says his uncle died like its everyone else’s fault or something, just the way he says it.

I went to 3 yard sales after the Co-op, there was this early 30s couple, browsers out ‘antiquing’ they had masks on at a yardsale, driving a prius hybrid, williamson county tag. (Snootiest county in Tn) figures. At a dayum yardsale.

The home owners there did have very sweet 11 year old female yellow lab. I stayed 15 minutes pettin their dog, she laid down on my feet, I showed the homeowners pics of my yellow dog, i told their dog about my dog, her name was Honey. She had a baseball size tumor on ber back. Poor ole girl. Almost breaks your heart.

I let her rub all over my legs and shoes. My CooperDog, when I got home I told him I had another family and another yellow lab and we should talk more about him leaving and going to Nana’s house on the other side of the farm.
You can sure be a mean bastid to ol coop a loop.

I was over to the Flathead last month, a business I stopped in had a sign something to the effect of 'Governor Bolluck has mandated the wearing of masks in all businesses, however, we realize some people cannot wear a mask due to health reasons, and because it is illegal to ask about health concerns under the HIPPA act, we will gladly serve anyone in this business, whether you are wearing a mask or not'. I have since seen variations of this at other businesses. God Bless them.
Travelled to Alaska. Wore one in the airport and one the plane. Anchorage is shutdown to some degree and most people are wearing them. We went to Fred Meyers and they are requiring masks.

Headed to Cooper Landing and went to Soldotna a couple of times. COVID-19 must not exist in that part of Alaska except at Fred Meyers in Soldotna. Very few masks being worn.

We had to wear one on the train also.

No big deal either way.
They are required everywhere here... that said, I have not worn one anywhere. I have been asked twice entering stores and politely said that, "I can't wear one for health conditions..." lol That shuts them up quickly.

Mask Schmask...

Farmer's and Rancher's Co-op here has a sign that mask is required to enter store.

I had to go get some stuff inside, so I donned one. Fogged my reading glasses up, and is hot.

I asked one of the girls how they could stand to wear one all day... One said "We don't. only when someone comes in the store." .... grin

(That town has a mask order)
I wear my Zorro mask when the wife is feeling agreeable.
my dad is 81 and has cancer, so when I go in a store which is about the only time I'm around a lot other people i wear one.
Businesses that require it, I wear one...their property, their rules. We're supposed to wear them at work, some of us are getting a little sloppy about it. I certainly don't wear one outdoors, although a lot of people do.

When required, I wear one.

When we were in Montana last month, they had a requirement to wear one when in public places, so we did.

Probably the biggest irritation for me is remembering to have one when I hit the store entrance. Used to be wallet, keys, phone.. Now it's wallet, keys, phone, mask..
I haven't - and I won't.....
I dont stop at red lights either, fugging Nazi’s always telling me what to do!
Posted By: JimR Re: Who hasn't worn a mask yet? - 08/16/20
I wear one, as required.
I used to have to wear a mask when ever we were sawing yellow pine (ponderosa or bull pine). Now, in Covid times, I wore one to get my eyes checked but had to take it off because it caused the instruments to fog. We had wear masks in Calgary, when we went to a tractor dealership. Once inside nobody seemed to care so we took them off.
Every one knows, or should, that masks won't protect you from any virus but may reduce the virus you may spread if you are infected. If you are not infected (and the vast majority are not), you can wear a mask, if it makes you feel better, but you are accomplishing nothing.
Probably the dumbest thing I see is when a group of people, all of whom KNOW they and their friends are virus free. gather together, all wearing masks. GD

My wife runs a C-store, has been forced to wear one by her boss for months.
She really doesn't care if healthy customers do or don't.

But, if you can't see the respect of pulling one on to checkout, just because
that poor Bastard on the other side has had to wear one (to, maybe, protect you)

Every store here requires a mask. You simply cannot operate without one in my AO. They WILL call the po-po on you.

If you're growing your own vegetables, raising your own chickens and beef in your back yard, and milking your own cows, then you're good.

But, that isn't the norm in south FL.
Stopped in at Walmart for a few things this afternoon, it was a zoo and packed with only one entrance open, not a single maskless person in the store.
I gave up and bought some neck gaiters like pro fishermen wear to keep sun off. I can use my camo one during warmer weather this deer season as a face mask. Some places around here ask you to wear one coming in, but after you get inside nobody cares. The Health Dept. has been on them, so I play the stupid game.

Have to at work by corporate mandate I wear it walking in. Get to office and it’s off. If I go out on the production floor I wear it. Plant manager has given some eye rolls if he pops his head in. But he won’t make a big deal of it.

The big town to west has a mandate. I haven’t spent but bare minimum money there since it went in effect.

Town to north (they share a city limit) has no mandate. I spend my money there, or go to a town East of me (I’m 5 or 6 miles out of town, in either direction) with no mandate.

Walmart has mandate, have bought two clearance 700s, otherwise most shopping is at a local chain with no mandate.

Lowe’s has a mandate, but for the most part it’s being ignored in the town with no mandate.

Had to go to eye doctor in mask mandated town. He comes in. Shuts door. Takes off his mask “this is a mask free zone if you’re good with that”. I tell him my politics. He opens up. Says he told the chamber if commerce and the mayor what he thought of their damn mandate.
I wear one in stores that are asking people to. We have a term limited R governor and he mandated masks. I think they are silly and doing more harm than good. Most people touch their face constantly while wearing them elevating their chance of catching something. I wear one because I don't want to offend people that are worried and think it helps. I just want to conduct my business without any grief.
I do have to wear one at the airport to go to work and while flying in the helicopter. This is silly too because they test us for it before we can enter the airport. If we are positive we can't enter. So we are a bunch of people that don't have it wearing masks so we don't give it to each other. Hopefully this foolishness will end when the election is over.
My favorite beer store requests that customers wear a mask.

So I keep a paper mask in my pocket for just such events.
No mask for me. Not once. I have never worn a mask in public, and nothing about the fake "covid-19" narrative would cause me to want to wear one now. I try to deal in facts, not in ridiculous narratives. I suggest that others do the same. If you don't watch the endless parade of horseshit from the media, it is far easier not to get sucked into these narratives.

I'll wear one in - indoors at a public place. I put it on in the parking lot before I go in

Its just not that big of a deal to me.

I've yet to come into contact with people outdoors - like walking on a sidewalk , so I haven 't had to make a decision on wearing one outside.

I knew I had it for about a week now. while some symptoms went away and got better(my taste and smell coming back) my cough has got worse.

Have the quacks prescribed any dope? Or just OTC stuff?

Nothing. My vitals are fine and lungs sounded good. So Keep an eye on it type of thing.

You're just an idiot. And you love your fear narratives, which is why I know you are a child, and a female one, at that, little bitch. I'm sure my 8-year-old daughter could beat your ass.

You're fuucking high, moron. I've said the same thing every time you flaunt your vagina in my face. Again: come to Helena and say these things to my face, bitch. I'll school you in humility, and teach you what an actual man is. Until then, by all means, keep fluttering like a moth. Eventually, you'll get the newspaper treatment or die of old age. Knowing the certainty of that helps me tolerate the existence of worthless mouthy fuucks like you.
I wear one about 55-60 hours a week at work. I hate the fuggin things.
When I go somewhere that asks me to wear a mask I usually use a Hirbawi Keffiyeh, original pattern, pulled up over my nose. Keep the Brews on their toes.

Once in a while I’ll wear one of the CBRN full face masks I have.

Nice.
I believe there is a virus
I believe the numbers are bull [bleep]
I wear a mask as required, to protect me
I do not know if you are sick, I am not.

I believe this whole thing is about the election
Have not worn one... will not. I am not a sheep. Nor will I wear one when the next SARS, MERS, SWINE FLU bs comes out.
The non mask wearers more than likely don't wear seat belts, motorcycle helmets nor get their youngsters vaccinated. It's a free country, do as you please, just STFU about it !
Walked into Popeyes last night in Cookeville to buy some chicken sandwiches for dinner. The young lady at the counter told me she was sorry but she could not take my order unless I had a mask on or she would be fired. I went to the truck and grabbed a mask and then placed my order.
The kicker was there was an employee walking around with a mask pulled down to his chin. Just didnt think it was worth getting into a pizzing contest about it.

It’s called ‘promoting herd immunity’. That includes no seat belts, helmets, vaccinations, etc.
Haven’t
State Police have warned quite a few, around here - fines (up to five k $ per day) and loss of business license are on the table.
We've not been warned, so I don't care if they are worn, or not.
Between the mask, glasses, and hearing aids it turns into a battle, more often than not.
Darned wonder I haven't stepped on a hearing aid, yet! I despise masks!

The gendarmes have shut down a restaurant eateries and bars south of me and temporarily pulled business license and liquor license. Mostly for no mask and failure to distance and overcrowding.

Ya got some pissed off business owners and customers.
I wear one if I'm going to be inside of six feet of others in public. Stores and the like. Otherwise no. If I'm with someone, I'll ask if they want masks on or off, keep a reasonable spacing.
But I do loathe wearing a mask. Just hate it. The good thing is, it speeds up the shopping and cuts back on impulse buying.
Not once

Because LOTS of people think that anything the government recommends/orders is purely for our own good, and anyone who ever questions government in anything is a tin foil hat wearing nutcase. Ergo, if you question the government orders to wear a silly mask, you are obviously a tin foil hat wearing nutcase.

It's not that big a deal.
Haven't except for half dozen times such as having to get a couple outfits licensed. During our fair which the health dept allowed us to have with qualifier that those in proximity of the ring should be masked up. A couple times when working for a client that requires it. They are writing my checks, I will do what they ask. Just like throwing on a hard hat on their site.

I don't wear one going into stores. If they insist I leave. Except for our local small grocery store. If the health dept got after him, they could shut him down and would get pretty serious for his business. So i respect the position he is in and will put a mask on to go into his store.
I don't wear muddy boots in a friends house.
Mom and Dad (82 and 76) were in a Mennonite owned buffet last week.
There was a sign saying that they did NOT require masks.

Only concession was food was cafeteria style, not self-serve.

It's a gigantic deal. They want us terrified of each other. They aim to isolate us— to emotionally and spiritually cripple the citizenry.

The mask dictates serve one master and it's not the populace.
We decided to keep our kids out of school today.

Called the principal and let him know. They will be distance learning.

Lost a lot of sleep on this.

I wont send them in to wear a mask.

Funny thing is....most parents are banking on the idea that the school will decide its bullshit and not make the kids wear them.

Or, they will pull their kids when the mask mandate starts....then put them back in school when its over.

Oh, yeah....and by the way.......football practice starts soon.

Well, yah. It is what it is. I'm fairly certain 95% of the retail management and employees aren't fugging thrilled about it either. The cockslobbering governor SOB.

I suspect, like on the "I never set foot in" blank" threads, there's a plenty here that never grocery shop or really "have" to do anything besides put fuel in their pickup.

School? Got word ours is opening. Mask? Heck, I don't see how we could keep her out, she's damned eager to get back! Our whole world revolves around having somewhere to send the kid!
Here is how F'ng stupid the Minnesota commie governor mandate is:

My cousin and I went to an auction sale the other day to buy a corn chopper. On the way home, we stopped at a small town VFW. Could not come in without a mask so they gave us a couple.

Walk to the table and sit down and you can take them off. Get up to use the bathroom and you have to put them on. Back to the table and the mask can come off.

We decided to play some pull tabs so when you went up to buy them, you had to put the mask on to walk 10 feet. Walk 10 feet back to the table, mask can come off

STUPIDEST BULLSHIT EVER!
We’re all in this together.

Me!
Local city (55k people) has had a month long mask mandate that was to expire at 11:59 last night. Special meeting of city council last night to decide if it was to be extended. By a vote of 5-4 it was allowed to expire. Local talk radio facebook page is lit up with 90% happy of expiration and 10% Karen's saying we are all going to die. Everybody I talk to for the most part had quit shopping there, rather going to neighboring communities to spend their money. Tax receipts had to have tanked for the last month. As part of the expiration it also removes restrictions on restaurants occupancy. I think previously they were capped at 1/3 of allowed.

Heh!!

Go easy on the Sock Puppet, Beav. Don’t want to run him off.
When I have to, I wear one. It's not complicated, but I'm not doing it again.
I don't wear masks but I'm not very worried about catching the virus, my wife and I already had it in May.
No. I don't go to any businesses that require a mask. I'm self employed. My local parts, beer and lumber stores don't give a [bleep] so I'm good. Groceries are getting tricky but I'll drive 5 hours to SD before I wear a mask.

I'm really having a hard time sending my 8yo to school this fall to be indoctrinated but I know how kids are. Four hours in and they will be using masks for sling shots and shooting spitballs at each other. Imagine herding cats. I'm sure myself along with many others will be visiting the school.

One of my employees recently went to the sheriff's office to register for his CC permit and they scolded him at the door. He told them "The f___ if I do and you of all people should be protecting our rights". Others waiting around got quite a kick out of it.

Yup, I wear one when it's required.

I'm not too excited about it but it's not really a big deal to me and I'm certainly not going to make a big deal over it.

I know, it may have helped us survive that we had our pneumonia inoculations, but it was probably just miracles, they have to happen somewhere.

I don't GAF if you wear a mask, but a lot of mask wearers seem to GAF that I won't wear a mask. The mask wearing women have more balls than the mask wearing men.

There was an excellent movie a while back had scenes in it about how th EPA recommends the use of used motor oil as lawn fertilizer... it was called Fight Club.

There is a fight scene in that movie where Tyler Durden confronts Lou in a similar type manner regarding mask wearing or not.

This scene was filmed prior to the current 2020 Karen initiative... yet it still remains relevant in my humble opinion
Met a bitch coming out of the Post Office today, she passed me going in and said, "you need a mask on", I told her to "FUQK OFF"
They didn't say sheit to me in there about a mask.
The post office I was in last just said “mask recommended “on the sign .then the local municipality has declared local businesses require masks. What a cluster
we should all wear a mask like this.

The fact remains that masks are terrible to wear unless you've got a two-can, two-way respirator. I've got my painting respirator, and it's got two cans for inhaling, does an amazing job in the booth with spray lacquer -- which tells me how good those filters really are.

But I still haven't seen two way or "exhale" cans anywhere.

Anyone who does anything physical with just a sheet of "filter" doesn't last long. Even just sitting, they're ridiculous. I'm always pulling the cloth away for a fast inhale of actual oxygen. Oh, but that's "handstoface" and a no no no.....
