Quite some time back, I posted a couple of pretty sorry photo of my newest two custom rifles at the time. Both were put together by Gary Goudy. One was an 09 Argentine action and a Danny Pedersen re-bored barrel for the brand new 416 Ruger. In fact, we started on it well before Ruger announced the cartridge. The second is a G33/40 action and Danny Pedersen barrel for the 25-06 cartridge. It took me so long to do the new photos, that I've since gotten in two more. One is a Glenn Soroka Model 7 Farquharson chambered for the 300 H&H cartridge and the very latest, just picked it up on Friday, is a Granite Mountain Arms rifle in 9.3x62. I haven't even had it to the range yet. Anyway, enjoy. TT

I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Beautiful. I know craftsmanship like that is made to be hunted, but I'd be scared to take em out of the house.

I've already put a nick on the Farquharson at the range, and will take the Goudy 25-06 on the Lander one-shot antelope hunt in September. I'll be using all of them sooner or later.

All four are stunning pieces. I have always enjoyed Gary Goudy's work and his checkering is second to none.

Don't know exactly, but it is a lightweight tube. I'd guess around a #2 contour.

JOC was right. The 270 Winchester on a Model 70 is a great combination as is the 30/06 and 375 H&H
