If you're in any doubt about which bullet to pick, go Interlock.
One of the quickest kills I've ever seen on a deer was with a 130 Interlock from a .270. My nephew shot a buck and it went down instantly. There was blood spatter and lung material in the pine tree 10 feet behind the deer.
