First bird this fall, and a pic of my hunting buddy and his dogs.
The ruffies are still in deep cover as of yesterday, the dogs put up seven birds but were very flighty and did not hold well.
by the time we got to them , most of them were flying!
Three held for us long enough to get into the thick stuff however.
