Didn't mean to ruffle any feathers with the boutique rifle suggestion. Just how I refer to mine. I lump any of the small production premium rifles in too. Kimbers, W MkV, etc.
Any design has trade offs or unintended consequences. The key is finding what features one feels are most important and grab up that model.
